By using the Cedar Coffee Roasters website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.

Shipping

We ship across Canada. Orders are roasted and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cedarcoffee.ca and we will make it right.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at your selected frequency. You may pause or cancel at any time before your next roast date. Cancellations take effect from the following billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and branding — is owned by Cedar Coffee Roasters and protected by Canadian copyright law. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Cedar Coffee Roasters shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
